In loving memory of Nicole Diane Bull (1/25/77-5/17/03)

On May 17th of 2003, Nicole was killed by, Darren Mitchell Miller of Sacramento, while driving under the influence of controlled substances. On May 20, 2005, Miller was sentenced to ONLY 15 years with credit for time already served. Judge James Henke denied the family and the District Attorney requests for a trial which would have a penalty of 27 years. An endowed memorial scholarship fund has been established in Nicole's name to help local students continue their education in the arts. Please remember to always drive responsibly.
